These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through websites or platforms affiliated with Suzanne Gill Medium. Any natural or legal person placing an order through our secure payment system (or by cheque/cash) is considered a "client."

We only accept clients:

Over 16 years old for physical and electronic products
Over 18 years old for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars

We do not knowingly market to minors. Any subscriber or customer not meeting the age criteria will be removed from our system and refunded. Return of physical goods will be required if applicable.

Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (French VAT 20%) but excluding shipping. Prices may change at any time; however, the confirmed price at checkout will always apply.

All payments are due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards (Mastercard or Visa). American Express is not accepted. Payments are securely processed through Stripe and encrypted according to industry standards. Suzanne Gill Medium is not liable for any breach of security associated with the Stripe platform.

Article 5: Delivery

Deliveries are sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate, especially your postal code. Risk transfers to the buyer upon shipment. In the rare event of a lost package, we will do our best to resend or refund accordingly.
